The GLOBALTEK® Gap Transfer Conveyor is designed to smoothly transfer filled or empty containers between conveyors by securely gripping their sides, preventing tipping during the transition. It’s ideal for bottom coding, label inspection, de-pucking, and precise container spacing.
With independently adjustable, tool-less gripper belts, it accommodates containers up to 8" in diameter and 13" in height. Its compact C-frame design enables seamless integration over existing conveyor lines, making it ideal for space-constrained production areas.
The unit features variable speed control and supports a wide range of packaging types, including bottles, boxes, and flexible pouches.
