GlobalTek® Rinse-it Automatic In-Line Bottle Rinser

The GlobalTek® Rinser System is designed to remove dust, debris, and loose particulates from empty bottles prior to filling. The system supports Air Rinse, Water Rinse, Hybrid (Air + Water), and CIP Purge configurations to accommodate different container types and sanitation requirements.

The GlobalTek® Rinser can operate as a stand-alone unit or be integrated into an automated packaging line. Bottles enter through the infeed conveyor, are secured by gripper arms, inverted 180 degrees, and rinsed with pressurized air and/or water through adjustable nozzle banks. Rinse media is collected through a drainage tank, and bottles are returned upright before discharge onto the outfeed conveyor.

Cycle timing, pressure, and mode selection are controlled pneumatically or through PLC recipe settings, depending on system configuration.

How the GlobalTek® Rinse-it Bottle Rinser Works:

Empty bottles move from the infeed conveyor into adjustable grippers. The machine turns each bottle upside down and directs pressurized air, water, or both through adjustable nozzles to remove loose particles before filling. The rinse media is collected through a drainage tank. The bottles then turn upright and move onto the outfeed conveyor for the next step in the packaging line.
