GlobalTek® Automatic Servo Piston Filler

The GlobalTek® Volumetric Servo-Driven Piston Filling System is available in configurations ranging from 4 to 8 filling heads. (2-128 oz. cylinders) It features a precise servo motor/drive system to control the filling pistons, while the nozzle dive system is also servo-controlled, ensuring enhanced stability and precise positioning. This filler is especially suitable for handling thicker (viscous) and foamy products.

In-Stock with Pre-Shipment Requirements While this machine is currently in stock, shipment is subject to completion of required pre-shipment activities, including sample evaluation, machine configuration to your specifications, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and setup. These activities generally require approximately 10–12 weeks from the date we receive representative samples. After these steps are concluded, the machine will be crated and prepared for shipment.

How the GlobalTek® Automatic Servo Piston Filler Works

This volumetric filling machine uses servo-controlled pistons to dispense measured volumes into containers. Its servo-controlled nozzle dive system positions the nozzles during filling. The filling speed can start slowly, increase, then slow again near the end of the fill to help limit foam buildup and spillage.

Filling Capabilities

The system is available with 4 to 8 filling heads and 2–128 oz. cylinders. It is suited to viscous and foamy products and can deliver multiple doses into larger containers. Operators can adjust each piston individually and save filling settings through the touchscreen recipe controls. No-drip nozzles, bottle indexing gates, and quick-connect fittings support clean fills and easier changeovers.
