You have two options:
Best practice is to pair this turn table with our dedicated transfer gate system, designed for optimal product guidance and alignment through turns.
Alternatively, guide rails can be used, but we don’t recommend this long-term. High lateral force during rotation can bend or misalign standard rails, especially in high-throughput settings.
7. Is this unit height-adjustable?
No adjustment is needed. The rotary table is mounted directly to the conveyor system and sits flush, ensuring a seamless, level transfer with no elevation mismatch.
8. Can I choose between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation?
Clockwise rotation is standard, but we can configure it for counterclockwise upon request. Just contact us after placing your order to specify your preferred rotation direction.
